The Eden Diet Group
Have you been looking after everyone but yourself? Has your Dr. suggested you need to look after your health? Have you tried many diets, but always go back to emotional eating?
Come and join with us for fellowship and confidential group support as we explore a biblical and merciful weight loss program, The Eden Diet. We meet bi-weekly (day and time to be decided by group members).

The Truth Project
This twelve-week study prepared by Focus on the Family will be held on a week-day evening. It will be a starting point for looking at life from a biblical perspective; discussing the relevance and importance of living the Christian worldview in daily life.
